Shipping policy

Orders placed on the website can take 2 to 8 business days to be processed before dispatch with DHL. 

Shipping to the following regions is estimated as following: 

MENA: 2 to 5 days.

Europe: 4 to 7 days

Americas: 7 to 10 days

Australia: 7 to 10 days

Asia: 5 to 7 days

If you change your mind and need to cancel your order, please send us an email to info@vanina.com, subject line "cancellation order # ".

If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled - due to stock, payment or otherwise - we will contact you via email. 

We work with DHL for the delivery of orders all around the world. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, once you enter the shipping address; it is based on your location and volumetric weight of your selection. Once you submit your order, the total includes shipping and the total cost of items purchased.

We would like to clarify that our product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties applied outside of Lebanon. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes potentially levied by the country you are shipping to.

Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we have excluded these charges from all invoices issued from our website.

If you refuse to settle these tax and duty charges, and the shipment is automatically returned to our warehouse, your order will NOT be refunded.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order as well as a tracking number to monitor its progress. At any time during delivery, we will be your point of reference, ready to respond to your
concerns and offer you support throughout the procedure.
