Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy:
You have a 15-day return policy, which means you have up to 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All return requests must be initiated via email to info@vanina.me with the order number in the subject line. Upon receiving your request, our team will review the details to determine if your order is eligible.
Returns are the responsibility of the client. We do not cover shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item has to show no clear evidence of wear, washing, dry cleaning, alterations, stains, or scents. Otherwise, we will not proceed with a refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will proceed with the refund.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and act accordingly.
Exchanges
We only accept in-person exchanges in our Gemmayze store in Beirut, Lebanon.
If you wish to exchange online, you will need to return the item and place the order again.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
Any applicable customs and duty fees will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
