The Switchers platform has been developed by the Regional Activity Centre for Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP/RAC) in the framework of the SwitchMed initiative. SwitchMed is an initiative that supports and connects stakeholders to scale up eco and social innovations in the Mediterranean; our aim is to provide them with tools and connections to supporting partners for their eco and social innovations, to achieve productive, circular and sharing economies in the Mediterranean.
